Provide detectable warning strips at both ends of the marked crossing as required by ICC A117.1, section 406.12, 13 and 14. 3. Delete the non-compliant (in the asphaltic paving) and provide a concrete ramp in the concrete walkway that complies with ICCA 117.1, section 406. complete with a detectable warning strip. 4. Neither accessible parking asile ramps are compliant. Provide ramps that comply with ICCA 117.1, section 406. 5. Provide large scale details of all the different types of ramps showing all accessible requirements such as: dimensions, elevations, slopes, detectable warning strips as required and handrails as required. Reference ICC A117.1, sectios 405 and 406. 6. Provide large scale details of the accessible parking layouts showing all accessible requirements such as: dimensions, elevations, grade slopes, markings, signage, ramps, "Van Accessible" spaces and etc. a. Provide a large scale sign detail including "Van Accessible" identification as per COT DOT requirements. 7. Zoning will require pedestrian pathways to both 5th Street and Baker Street right of ways. Reference Zoning comments. These must be accessible. a. Provide all marked crossings as required. b. Provide all ramps and handrails as required. c.
