08/02/2012 JASON GREEN ENGINEERING REVIEW Denied Per a discussion with the applicant David Garcia, RA this plan is being pulled from review prior to finishing my 1st submittal review due to the amount of errors that have already been found by Zoning and Engineering. The applicant will resubmit the plans after revising it to be full code compliant due to greater than 25% expansion.

DP Package is a full code complaint review per the Zoning Section. Verify that all aspects of DS Sec.2-01 have been met. Provide a drainage report that discusses the adjacent SFHA Zone AE along Van Burn that effect the property along the western property line. Verify FFE of both the existing and proposed building.

Verify existing and future right of way information with existing and future curb/sidewalk locations along with SVTs.

The DP document must clearly delineate the limits of the 100 year floodplain and the plan must be stamped by a civil engineer for drainage aspects only.

Verify access to the refuse enclosure if Zoning is requiring a barrier from the property to the existing alley.
