Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the AsBuilts Development Plan Package at this time. The following items need to be addressed: ASBUILT PLANS: 1) Revise the AsBuilts to provide a Keynote on each sheet submitted to clearly state that the pedestrian access areas along the back and sides of the building that has sidewalk constructed with 0" reveal is not for public access. Cloud the areas of the sidewalk that fall within the area that was constructed with 0" reveal to show that it is around the building that has zero public access. 2) Verify the 2 Fire Hydrants (Keynote #35) that are shown on the plan set but not constructed within the field. If the Fire Hydrants are to be constructed this must be done prior to Final Inspection, if the Hydrants are not to be constructed they must be removed from the plan set and APPROVAL from the FIRE Department will be required prior to AsBuilt approval and/or Final approval. 3) Per field inspection 8 of the trees that were to remain onsite per the Landscape Sheets have been removed. Provide verification from the Landscape reviewer that the trees are not required or provided approval that new trees will be constructed in place to satisfy all Landscaping requirements. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised AsBuilt Development Plan Package and new Certification Letter that addresses the comments above.
