FLOODPLAIN INFO: FIRM Panel: 040192286L (effective date 16JUN11), SFHA zone: X ACTIVITY NUMBERS: DP12-0091, T12CM03552 SUMMARY: PDSD Engineering Division has reviewed the plan set submittal and does not recommend approval until the project completion documents have been submitted with certifications. The following comments are based on meetings at the counter with engineering consultant, submittal documents, and attempted field investigations. PROJECT COMPLETION COMMENTS: 1) Tech Man Sec.2-01.13: Address the following comments: A) Resubmit 2 copies of plans, completion documentation, certification letters, and response letter. B) Submit as-builts for improvements showing all improvements to site and any proposed stockpiles to remain. C) Certification letters shall also state that the completed project poses no adverse impact to floodplain areas. D) Provide copies of compaction testing reports. E) Submit completed elevation certificate to City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division for acceptance. F) Provide geotechnical evaluation of any stockpile remaining on site. G) Show berm surrounding stockpiles to remain on site. H) Dimension distance between stockpile and Santa Cruz River top of bank or parkway trail. I) Location of any remaining stockpile will be reviewed for drainage setbacks from floodprone areas and downstream washes. J) Remove all interim controls from site once permanent controls are provided. K) Attempts to access site were not successful - code didn't work, staff did not come to gate when phone call was placed for request to enter for inspection. Please provide current access code to PDSD Engineering Inspector in order to access site for inspections.
