All easements and agreements (bleed off pipe) shall be recorded with the sequence numbers shown on the plans. 2. Install a clean-out for the bleed-off pipe adjacent to the Rose Hill/Sante de Tucson property line. 3. Correct the plan view of detail 12 on sht. 8 of 32 for the gabion scour protection. It appears that the bleed-off pipe is draining up stream or that the top and bottom of the banks are reversed or something of that nature. 4. The future near side SVT for Wilmot Rd. is not shown correctly. The stem side of the SVT is 20'. Drainage Report: 1. The Drainage Report has been accepted by engineering.
