Provide calculations per DS 10-03, Exhibit A Table A-1. 3) Record the easement(s) for trail and maintenance access on sheet A-100 and note the recording data on the plans. This will be required prior to permit approval. The seperate proposed easement for the protected riparian area on site can just be included in the public easements discussed above. A seperate easement is not necessary. The plans can remain the same except that only the term "easement" should be removed from demolition note 6 wherever it appears on the plans. |
| 07/17/2012 | RONALD BROWN | H/C SITE | REVIEW | Denied | 1. I'm confused about the loading zones. Do you have a passenger loading zone at the front entrance and on the north side of the building. An accessible passenger loading zone is required at one of these areas, preferably at the front entrance. Please provide as per the 2006 IBC, Section 1106.7 and ICC A117.1, Section 503. Make it look like figure 503.3 with a 5' widwe marked, secured area out of the PAAL. 2. You missed the dectectable warnings at the marked crossing at the West enterance of the facility.
