2. DS2-01.3.9.O Provide a dimension from the proposed carport covers to the back of future curb along Old Spanish Trail. The indicated distance of 20.5' does not meet the required distance of 21' from the back of future curb.

3. The above comments are minor in nature and can be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.

As depicted in fugure 307.4, reduced vertical clearance does not restrict access just to the back side of a stair but as shown it also includes possible access from the side of the stairs. The situation is prevelant in several stair designed layouts. Please provide the barriers as required in all of these situations.
2. At detail H/16:
a. Please provide for "Van Accessible" parking spaces as required by the 2006 IBC, Section 1106.7 and ICC A117.1, Section 502.2. Provide the proper wide as required.
