Page number and number of pages which include all sheets of the development package, landscape, grading, details, etc. That said the total number of sheets should be 10 with the Landscape, NPPP & Water Harvest plans. ACTIVITY NUMBER: DP12-0059 SUMMARY: Engineering has reviewed the revised Development Package and recommends conditional approval of the Development Plan. Condition 1 should be addressed prior to final submittal of Development Plan, and comment 2 shall be addressed at grading permit submittal stage. Please note this Development Package does not provide a grading permit; a separate grading permit submittal is required. Phone call with Vicktor Grinberg on 27NOV13 who confirmed that the utility easement had a blue stake at time of abandonment and only electrical abandonment was needed as no other utilities were found to exist in the easement. This review is for Development Plan approval only. BASE LAYER SHEET COMMENTS: 1) DS 2-01.3.2.E: Make sure Development Package sheets are numbered sequentially to include all sheets of the package. GRADING, PAVING, DETAIL SHEET COMMENTS: 2) DS Sec.2-01.3.8.I: Address the remaining grading comment at the grading plan submittal stage. Please be aware that the maximum slope grades without stability analysis is 2.5:1 (H:V) per geotechnical report, although an erosion protection table indicates that steeper slopes may be entertained.
