How does one access the mobile offices from the 2 new accessible parking spaces? a. Please provide a large scale detail showing all accessibility requirements from the accessible parking aisle to the front entrance of both mobile units. b. Please show all accessibility requirements for the two accessible parking spacers including all dimensions, grade slopes, ramp as required, parking aisle, signage and "Van Accessible" assignments. 2. Please show a large scale detail of the accessible route from Ajo Way to the existing buildings. a. Provide detectable warnings at both ends of all marked crossings. b. Provide a concrete walk surface as required by Zoning. Reference Zoning comments. c. Connect the two new 5' wide stripped accessible routes on either side of the storage building. 3. A pedestrian way to the Park Av. right of way may be required by Zoning. This pedestrian way must be accessible. Reference Zoning comments. 4. Show all entry access ways of all existing mobile offices and Storage buildings. 5. According to the approved site plan provided additional buildings are shown on the plan, building square footage expansion has occurred. Provide accurate expansion calculations 2. If the expansion is less than fifty (50) percent, the requirements of the LUC apply only to the proposed expansion area. 3. If the expansion is greater than fifty (50) percent the requirements of the LUC apply to the entire site, all of the landscaping and screening will need to be upgraded. 4. Provide a separate landscape/irrigation plan within information specified within. DS 2-06. 5. Provide the following information: a. Screening along street frontages for vehicle use area and storage area per LUC Table 3.7.2-I b. Location, size, and name of existing vegetation to remain in place. c. Both the proper and common name of each type of plant 6. Within a vehicular use area, one (1) canopy tree is required for each 10 motor vehicle parking spaces and every parking space shall be located within forty (40) feet of the trunk of a canopy tree (as measured from the center of the tree trunk) per LUC 3.7.2.3.A.1. 7.Ensure that all Zoning and Engineering comments and concerns are addressed 8.
