This site is located in the HO-1 zone (UDC 4.7.13). Administrative Office is a permitted use in the O-1 zone (Table 4.8-5). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.4.R and 4.9.13.J. COMMENT: The owner is requesting an HPZ historic review to see whether or not the enclosed porch and the proposed new front porch complies with the historic requirements and can be approved for permits by PDSD. The site was rezoned and has specific conditions of rezoning that must be met. A variance for the floor area expansion will be required prior to PDSD Zoning approval. All exterior changes to the property shall be reviewed and approved through the historic preservation zone process. |
