The development package should be separate from the building plans. Plans can run concurrently but the drawing index for the development package should only include sheets required by D.S. 2-01.0 2. The "site" plan provided is not the last approved site plan but a fire protection plan. As the development package for the new used car building has been approved under DP12-0017 that is the last approved site plan. The following comments were not addressed. 3. The following comments are based on Development Standard 2-01.0: 4. D.S. 2-01.2.4 A title block shall be provided in the lower right quadrant of each sheet 5. D.S. 2-01.2.6 The project-location map shall be provided in the upper right corner of the cover sheet. 6. D.S. 2-01.2.8 The plan drawing shall be oriented with north toward the top of the sheet. 7. D.S. 2-01.3.1 The name, mailing and email addresses, and phone number of the primary property owner of the site, the developer of the project, registrant(s), and other person(s), firm(s),or organization(s) that prepared the development package documents shall be provided on the right half of the cover sheet. 8. D.S. 2-01.3.2. The following information should be provided within the title block; a. D.S. 2-01.3.2.B A brief legal description b. D.S. 2-01.3.2.E Provide the page number and number of pages i.e., x of y. 9. D.S. 2-01.3.3 Provide the development package number, DP12-0046 adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 10. D.S. 2-01.3.4 It does not appear that the project location map is drawn at 3' = 1 mile scale. 11. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.4 Identify the existing and proposed use of the property as classified per the Land Use Code. List all Land Use Code sections each proposed use is subject to. That said the existing and proposed use should be listed as "VEHICLE RENTAL AND SALES "31", SUBJECT TO: SEC. 3.5.9.5.A AND .B". 12. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.4 Per LUC Section 2.5.4.2 Permitted Land Uses within the C-2 zone Trade Service and Repair, Major (Auto Body Repair) is not an allowed use or secondary land use. Until a decision is given this development package cannot be approved. 13. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.6.b Provide a General Notes stating "THIS PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO MEET THE OVERLYA ZONE(S) CRITERIA; SEC. 2.8.3, MAJOR STREETS AND ROUTES (MS&R) SETBACK ZONE & SEC. 2.8.4, GATEWAY CORRIDOR ZONE". 14. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.b The provided Floor Area Ratio (FAR) calculation does not appear to be correct. See Development Package D12-0017 and revise if necessary. 15. Provide the new "DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE" approval stamp on all sheets. This stamp can be found in "jpg, dwg, pdf" format @ http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/cdrc-rezoning/cdrd-stamp.
