Sufficient design data and detailed information has not been presented concerning the central core court yard and swimmimg pool area for a 2010 ADASAG accessible review and approval. It is noted that on the plans that this information is to be presented with the building plans as per agreement with Mr. LeeRay Hanly. I have reviewed the building plans and have denied approval again because of insufficient design and detail. This includes lack of information concerning the court yard and swimming pool area. Sufficient courtyard and swimming pool design data, detail and information will be presented to show accessible compliance with the 2010 ADASAD or this project will not be approved for construction.
