Ajo Retail Center Development Package (3rd Review) DP12-0027 TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 2, 2012 DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. This plan was reviewed for full code compliance for the areas of expansion and change only. The following comments are based on Development Standard 2-01.0: 1. This comment was not addressed correctly. Per LUC Section 2.5.4.2.B.3 General Merchandise Sales "31", is only subject to: Sec. 3.5.9.2.A. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.4 Identify the existing and proposed use of the property as classified per the Land Use Code. List all Land Use Code sections each proposed use is subject to. That said the "Proposed use: Commercial" is not a use but a use group. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Detail 12 Sheet 4, the four (4) foot dimension between the racks is a clear dimension between racks not to center of rack. Also the thirty (30) inch clear required between the rack and any wall is a clear dimension between the rack and wall not the center of the rack. 3. This comment has not been fully addressed. Sheet 4 details 9 & 11 reference Class 1 and Class 2. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Remove all Class I and Class II references from the plan as they are no longer applicable.
