Development Package TRANSMITTAL DATE: 10/02/2012 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. This plan cannot be approved until written documentation from El Paso Natural Gas has been provided approving the plans. 2. The parking calculations are incorrect. The total square footage of use area and GFA 18,903. Therefore divided by 300 the number of required parking spaces is 63. The number of provided parking spaces does not include spaces used for bus or van parking. Revise the number of required and provided vehicle parking spaces in the calculations. A count of the parking spaces for the entire site appears to be 88 parking spaces being provided. 3. The zoning final inspection will not be approved until permits have been obtained for the unpermitted structures per keynote #31 on sheet 2 of 17. 4. The above comments are minor in nature and can be approved over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
