The following comments are based on Development Standard 2-01.0: 1. D.S. 2-01.3.2.D Zoning acknowledges that D.S. 2-01.3.2.D states that an administrative street address is to be provided in the title block. After discussion with Pima County Addressing the administrative street address is to be provided adjacent to the title block. That said provide an administrative address adjacent to the title block. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.3 Provide the development package number, DP12-0022 adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 3. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.c Provide a building square footage expansion calculation on the plan. 4. D.S. 2-01.3.9.E There appears to have been numerous lot splits done on this site. Provide documentation that these splits have been processed through the City of Tucson Planning and Development Services. It these lot splits were not approved by Planning and Development services a plat maybe required. 5. D.S. 2-01.3.9.F The zoning for the parcel located on the east side of Swan Road is not shown correctly. This zone should be listed as O-3. 6. D.S. 2-01.3.9.F The zoning for the parcel located on the north side of Camp Lowell is not shown correctly. This zone should be listed as C-1 and C-2. 7. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.b Per LUC Section 2.8.3.5.D.1 On development projects that are not part of a subdivision plat or rezoning application, the site area within the MS&R right-of-way may be used as follows. That said as you are electing to use the new vehicle parking calculations and the fact that is projects right-of-way (ROW) dedication was part of a rezoning the MS&R reduction may not be used. Remove this from the plan and provide a new vehicle parking calculation. 8. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.b As you are electing to use the new vehicle parking calculations LUC Section 3.3.5.1 10% Reduction is no longer applicable. Remove this from the plan and provide a new vehicle parking calculation. 9. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.d As you are electing to use the new vehicle parking calculations the new bicycle parking calculations must be used. Provide a revised bicycle parking calculation based on LUC Section 3.3.8.2.B. 10. d As you are electing to use the new vehicle parking calculations the new bicycle parking calculations must be used. Remove all references to "Class I & Class II" bicycle parking from the plan as it is not applicable. 11. D.S. 2-01.3.9.Q Provide the square footage and the height of the addition and the specific use proposed within the footprint of the building(s).
