DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. D.S. 2-01.3.2.E The total number of pages is not correct. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan should be part of the total number of pages. Also add these sheets to the Sheet Index.

2. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.b The Floor Area Ratio (FAR) is based gross floor area. That said the floor area used should be 127,856 Sq. Ft. LUC Section 3.2.11.1 references "interior motor vehicle parking" not display areas.

3. Once the above comments have been addressed Zoning is willing to provide an over-the-counter review. Please call or email to schedule an appointment for this review.
