D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.b The Floor Area Ratio (FAR) is based gross floor area. That said the floor area used should be 127,856 Sq. Ft. LUC Section 3.2.11.1 references "interior motor vehicle parking" not display areas. 3. Once the above comments have been addressed Zoning is willing to provide an over-the-counter review.
