COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. It appears that the asphalt is being removed and the parking spaces are being restriped. Provide the width of all PAALs and access lanes.

2. On the site plan, wheel stops are indicated for all vehicle parking spaces. Provide the location of the wheel stops on the handicap parking space detail and the standard parking space detail (1&2 of C-2). Max. 2'-6" from the front of the parking space.

3. FYI: This site does not require a loading zone per LUC Sec. 3.4.5.

4. On detail 6-C-2 the minimum distance between the short term bicycle racks is four (4) feet. See LUC Sec. 3.3.9.5.B.

5. Provide a note on the plan indicating that the 24' gate will remain open during business hours. The parking spaces are required parking spaces and must be accessible to the public.

6. The above comments are minor in nature and can be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
