The City of Tucson's Access Management Guidelines requires 80 feet of separation between driveways and limits the number of driveways to two per 300 feet of frontage along any major roadway. The proposed driveway location is too close to the existing driveways to the east. 2. The existing bus stop is located too close to the proposed driveway, which will impact visibility at the proposed driveway when a bus is servicing the stop. The driveway location needs to be revised.
