1. DS 2-01.2.4 A title block shall be provided in the lower right corner of each sheet.

2. DS.2-01.2.5: Revise the development plan document to include the correct site approval stamp in the lower right quadrant of each sheet. The link to the stamp can be found here: http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/cdrc-rezoning/cdrd-stamp. Provide on each sheet.

3. DS 2-01.2.6 Provide the location map in the upper right corner of the cover sheet.

4. DS 2-01.3.1 The name, mailing and email addresses, and phone number of the developer of the project shall be provided on the right half of the cover sheet

12. DS 2-01.3.9.H.1 Provide a copy of the last approved site plan for the entire shopping center clearly indicating the following areas where developed as vehicle use areas. The area east and south of buildings B thru F appears to be a dirt area which is being changed to a vehicle use area for additional parking.. If this is the case, clearly indicate surfacing materials, width of PAALs, barriers to prevent access to the alley, etc. Contact Andrew Conner with landscape for further comments regarding landscape requirements for this area.

DS 2-01.3.9.H.5.a The vehicle parking spaces facing Mission Rd. may require wheel stops to prevent damage to the required 30" screen. Provide on site plan as well as details. (minimum 2'-6" from the front of the parking space).

13. DS 2-01.3.9.H.2 Provide future and existing sight visibility triangles for the vehicle entrances from Mission and Ajo Way and the intersection..

14. DS 2-01.3.9.H.5 Provide details for a standard and handicap parking spaces with dimensions.

15. DS 2-01.3.9.H.5.c Provide as a note the number of required and provided loading zones. FYI: No loading zone is required for this size building.

16. DS 2-01.3.9.H.5.d Review LUC Sec. 3.3.8.2.B for the number of required short term and long term bicycle parking spaces. For this project the minimum number is 2 short term and 2 long term bicycle parking spaces. Revise calculations as well on sheet SP0. Provide location of the required long term bicycle parking spaces on the site plan.

The vehicle parking calculations indicate that the entire shopping center is being parked at 1:300. This will require that the entire shopping center must meet the requirements for bicycle parking per LUC Sec. 3.3.8. Clearly indicate the location of all short term and long term bicycle parking spaces. Contact Tom Thivner for further information.

Provide details clearly indicating the short term and long term bicycle parking spaces, racks, lockers, access aisle. See LUC Sec. 3.3.8.

The short term bicycle parking rack indicated on detail 3/SD3 does not meet the requirements of LUC Sec. 3.3.9.5.A. Revise.

Per LUC Sec. 3.3.9.3.B.1 Location. Short-term bicycle parking shall be:
1. Within fifty (50) feet of each public entrance to a building as measured along the most direct pedestrian route. Clearly indicate compliance.

17. DS 2-01.3.9.R Per DS 2-08.4.1.A A least one sidewalk shall be provided from a project to each street on which the project has frontage. Missing connecting to Mission Rd.
