The revision to the approved plan is the installation of a new landscape island along the north side of the building which eliminates a parking space. Last approved plan shows 16 spaces however per field inspection only 15 spaces actually exist. All sheets within the package that is affected by this revision needs to be revised; Site plan, grading plan and the parking count calculations. Resubmit DP Package with revisions. |
