The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) has reviewed the proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project. The following comments are offered for your use:

1. Sheet 11: Call out the reference number for the sewer line to be built by others which you are proposing to connect to. Ref. A

2. Sheet 11: The public sewer easement shown on plan must be recorded before development plan approval Ref. A. 2nd Request.

This office will require a revised set of bluelines, and a response letter, addressing these comments. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents.

Pima County Code Title 13.20.030.A.2 requires that a wastewater review fee be paid for each submittal of the development plan. The fee for the first submittal is $166 plus $50 per sheet. For the second submittal, the review fee is $50 per sheet. For all subsequent submittals, the review fee is $39 per sheet.

The next submittal of this project will be the third(3rd) submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $39.00 (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter.

If the number of sheets changes, please adjust the review fee accordingly.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The Zoning Review Section approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

2. Revise the following two (2) items:

A. On sheet C4.3, Paving Notes, note 11, add the separation distance or refer to ADA detail on sheet C10.8.

B. The short term bicycle detail on C10.8 does not match the plan view drawing. The plan view drawing appears to have separate Short term "LOOP" or inverted "U" type facilities and the detail drawing depicts a facility with connected racks. Revise the detail drawing to match the plan view drawing.

3. Zoning also approves the grading plan as it relates to the Zoning review purview of the grading plan. If the grading requires additional changes due to additional review comments, zoning requests that the grading plan be submitted for zoning review to ensure compliance with the approved development plan.

11/29/2011 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Approv-Cond 1) Revise Grading and Drainage Note 19 on sheet C5.3 to refer to a City of Tucson approved detail or provide a new detail for review.

2) The previous response letter indicates that a detail for a drainage wall opening was provided on sheet C10.1. None was detected. Revise as necessary.
