1. The Zoning Review Section approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

02. This comment will remain until the documentation is submitted and the development plan revised to accurately depict the changes.

Previous Comment no. 6 - DS 2-05.2.3.B and .2.4.G - If applicable and due to the fact there no easements are represented on this plan, clarify if there are any easements in the area of the proposed development. Is so draw and label the easement use, width, and recordation information.

03. This comment will remain until the documents for the tax parcel combo has been processed through the Pima County Assessor's and a copy submitted with the Mylar copies of the D. P. Also the D. P must be revised to accurately depict the lot lines removed.
