The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the development package for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.4 Development Plan General Note #3 has been revised to show only "RECREATION" as the proposed use for this project. Under "PARKING CALCULAITONS #1" the "USE" is "RECREATION & FOOD SERVICE". Clarify what the proposed uses will be as this may effect other required calculations. 3. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.c Under "PARKING CALCULAITONS #4 the "LOADING SPACES" calculation shows 3 spaces provided. Zoning was not able to find the 3 spaces on the plan, clarify. 4.
