DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. D.S. 2-05.2.4.P The Accessible vehicle parking space calculation is not correct/complete.

2. D.S. 2-05.2.4.P In the northeast parking area there are two (2) accessible vehicle parking spaces that do not have access aisles.

3. D.S. 2-05.2.4.Q The Bicycle parking space calculation is not correct. As this project is parked at Medical Services Outpatient for the vehicle parking the bicycle parking must also match the requirements for Medical Services Outpatient. Also the terms "Class 1" and "Class 2" bicycle parking are no longer applicable revise to match the LUC terms of "Long-Term" and "Short-Term"
