Engineering Division of Planning & Development Services Department (PDSD) has received and reviewed the revised Development Package including revised plan sheets, Terracon Geotechnical Engineering Report, sewer easement abandonment documentation, exhibit for construction easement, sealed drainage statement, and response letter. A copy of the construction easement (Seq.# 20110770194) was provided 14APR11. PDSD Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of the Development Package with the following comments to be addressed for final 'mylar' submittal. MASTER COVER SHEETS/ GENERAL NOTES: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section 2-01.3.7, 2-01.3.8.D: Address the remaining easement comments: a) On planview sheets the easement callouts are not entirely legible especially the numbering. Please revise font type/size/color to assure legibility of all easement labeling and call-out notations for planview sheets. b) Assure that the sequence number is provided on call-out notation for the construction easement on the base layer, or at least sheets C3 & C5. c) It is recommended that the planview callout notation be revised to emphasize that underground utilities include fiber optic line on sheet C4.0. As directed by CDRC, please provide revised Development Package plan sheets, copy of legible recorded construction easement, CD copy of the drainage statement with drainage addenda, and response letter addressing remaining comments.
