The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) has reviewed the proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project. The following comments are offered for your use:
All of the applicable General and Permitting Sewer Notes are missing, refer to Pima County Development Services “Development Plan Review, Checklist Requirements” section J. WASTEWATER, for submittal requirements. The checklist is available at;

Create a Legend with symbols for proposed and existing sewer lines/manholes and cleanouts.
Create a public sewer ingress/egress blanket access easement over the PAAL’s on site.
Sheet 9 and 10: Show the parking locations on plan. As shown it is unclear exactly where the existing manholes are in relation to the proposed parking spaces.
Sheet 10: Show depressed curb fronting MH#3858-03 on both sides.
Sheet 9: Show the existing sewer invert at crossing in relation to the drainage basin invert.

Pima County Code Title 13.20.030.A.2 requires that a wastewater review fee be paid for each submittal of the development plan. The fee for the first submittal is $166 plus $50 per sheet. For
the second submittal, the review fee is $50 per sheet. For all subsequent submittals, the review fee is $39 per sheet.

The next submittal of this project will be the third (3rd ) submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $78.00 (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter.

If the number of sheets changes, please adjust the review fee accordingly.

This comment letter has been reviewed and accepted for substantial conformance to Pima
County Code Title 13 by:

1. This comment was not addressed correctly. The site and grading details should follow the grading plan. The drawing order does not follow the Development Package Submittal Requirements. The details should follow the grading plan and the SWPP should follow the landscape planting details.
