Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development package. If, at the end of that time, the development package has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is August 16, 2011 1. D.S. 2-01.3.3 The Development Package number D10-0023 shown in the lower right corner is not correct, this should be D10-0027 also provide the Grading Plan number T11BU000234 adjacent to the title block. 2. D.S. 2-01.3.7.A.9.b Provide a floor area ratio (FAR) calculation that includes the allowed and proposed FAR. 3. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.a The vehicle parking calculation does not appear to be correct. Based on the vehicle parking spaces shown on the plan there are only 141 spaces provided and 143 required. 4. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.5.a A typical parking space detail shall be provided for both standard parking spaces and for the proposed parallel parking spaces. Clearly indicate how the proposed parallel vehicle parking spaces meet the required Curb length of 23'. The Plan must demonstrate the following comments for both Solid Waste and Recycle materials services. All containers enclosures shown on the Development Plan must be labeled on the plans for their intended us, being Solid Waste or Recycle materials. All enclosures must show the vehicle service gates for the enclosure, installed and mounted on columns located at the end of the CMU screen walls as show on details for Solid Waste and Recycle Standards. The proposed enclosure shown on sheet 4 and 6 of 19 is showing a personnel gate located on the side on the enclosure.
