01/28/2011 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied Thank you for the recent revisions. The plan should be revised as follows to meet the technical requirements of the codes and standards and to improve overall clarity:

1) Revise the Landscape and Irrigation note 6 on sheet L-1. While the existing trees do serve to screen portions of the site, the note may confuse the issue of compliance with the LUC provisions for screening. LUC 3.7.3

2) Keynote 5 on on sheet L-1 appears to call for the use of new groundcover. Include the plant sizes and quantity proposed. DS 2-07.2.2.A.1.b

3) Revise the locations of the existing trees on the north side of 44th Street. Sheet L-1 appears to locate them outside of the property lines.
