| 01/28/2011 | JOE LINVILLE | LANDSCAPE | REVIEW | Denied | Thank you for the recent revisions. The plan should be revised as follows to meet the technical requirements of the codes and standards and to improve overall clarity: 1) Revise the Landscape and Irrigation note 6 on sheet L-1. While the existing trees do serve to screen portions of the site, the note may confuse the issue of compliance with the LUC provisions for screening. LUC 3.7.3 2) Keynote 5 on on sheet L-1 appears to call for the use of new groundcover. Include the plant sizes and quantity proposed. DS 2-07.2.2.A.1.b 3) Revise the locations of the existing trees on the north side of 44th Street. Sheet L-1 appears to locate them outside of the property lines. |
