Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development plan. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is 12/14/10. 2. Provide copies of all approved development and site plans for this site in order to complete the review of this project. The development plan on line indicates buildings located to the south of the Fry's store. If the approved previous plans do not indicate this area as parking spaces please provide dimensions of all PAALs, angle of the parking spaces, size of the parking spaces for this area. 3. DS 2-05.2.1.K Provide the annexation ordinance number 7199, any previous approved development plan numbers and the assigned development plan number D09-0040, in the lower right corner of all sheets 4. DS 2-05.2.4.A Provide all correct property lines with distance and bearing for each property line. 5. DS 2-05.2.4.K Provide accessible pedestrian circulation paths from all handicap parking spaces to the building including providing the handicap parking space and accessible route to the kiosk for the gas island which was indicated on the last approved site plan provided.. 6. DS 2-05.2.4.P The indicated parking spaces adjacent to the north side of the existing building will require to have wheel stop curbs. This is required in order to prevent vehicles from overhanging the side walk and limiting the width of the side walk to less than 4'.
