The Parks Department has requested at this time conveyance of property as necessary to accomodate the trail corridor along the site and remaining open space northwest of the proposed parking lot.

1. Planning staff's original question number 4 dealt with rezoning condition #10, in which an agreement is required between the applicant, Pima County, and the City of Tucson, as it relates to the Pantano Wash Trail/easement requirements. Planning staff is unable to approve development plan D09-0030 until such time as the Department of Parks and Recreation states rezoning condition #10 has been met to their satisfaction.
