As it appears that a lot split is proposed the lot split must be complete prior to approval of the revision to the development plan. 2. As it appears that a lot split is proposed provide all required calculations for Parcel 2 as it will we a separate parcel. 3. D.S. 2-05.2.4.D.3 At the northern and southern area where the phase/parcel line crosses the parking area access lane provide some type of barrier to prevent vehicles from accessing unimproved area, see D.S. 3-05.2.3.C1 4.
