Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality. Show the proposed drainage and temporary construction easement and provide the dimensions and recordation information as required by (D.S. 2-01.3.8.B.) and (D.S. 2-01.3.8.L). Grading Plan: 1. Keynote 13 on Sheet 6/23 appears to reference the wrong detail (i.e. Y/11). Revise as necessary. 2. A floodplain use permit is required for the building and all proposed work within the regulatory floodplain. A grading permit will not be issued until a floodplain use permit is issued. SWPPP: 1.
