Show the proposed drainage and temporary construction easement and provide the dimensions and recordation information as required by (D.S. 2-01.3.8.B.) and (D.S. 2-01.3.8.L). Grading Plan: 1. Keynote 13 on Sheet 6/23 appears to reference the wrong detail (i.e. Y/11). Revise as necessary. 2. A floodplain use permit is required for the building and all proposed work within the regulatory floodplain. A grading permit will not be issued until a floodplain use permit is issued. SWPPP: 1.
