Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of the Development Plan at this time. The Drainage Report was reviewed for Development Plan purposes only. Revise to reflect that all onsite ramps meet the required ANSI handicap requirements. GEOTECHNICAL REPORT: 21) DS Sec.10-01.3.5.1.3.a and 10-02.14.2.6: Provide a revised Geotechnical Report evaluation or addendum that addresses the following requirements that were not fully addressed with this submittal: a) Complied. b) Acknowledged. The Development Plan now shows a basin bleed pipe and the Drainage Report has been updated to show that the basin drains within the allotted time limit. c) Complied. d) Complied. GRADING PLAN: 22) A grading permit application (T08BU02067) has been submitted for this project and comments will be posted under that activity for grading plan review comments. A grading permit may not be issued prior to stamped Development Plan approval. 23) Please ensure that the grading plan will be consistent with the Development Plan, Drainage Report, and Geotechnical Report. 24) Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) is applicable to this project. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and text addressing stormwater controls for all areas affected by construction activities related to this development has been submitted with the grading plan and will be reviewed under that activity. The Zoning Review Section approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. Once the necessary corrections are made per the on-line comments, please submit the following documents for sign-off: One rolled bond copy of the COMPLETE SET of the Development Plan, Landscape Plan, and the Native Plant Preservation Plan (if part of the original submittal). Please include applicable sheets from any other concurrent reviews. Two Copies revised Geotechnical Report Evaluation or Addendums and 1 CD that contains all of the drainage/hydrology and other reports submitted for the review and approval of this plan.
