D.S. 2-05.2.4.D.3 Provide a PAAL width dimension form the eastern most vehicle parking space, located along the north side of the property, to the vehicle parking spaces shown along the east property line. This PAAL width must be 24' wide. 2. D.S. 2-05.2.4.O The loading space calculation is not correct. Per Ordinance #10884 dated March 8, 2011, Industrial Use Group, Less than 25,000 sq. ft., Zero (0) required. Revise the loading calculation to show "0 - REQUIRED, 1 12X 55' PROVIDED" 3. D.S. 2-05.2.4.P The northern most vehicle parking space of the west parking area appears to be restricted by the curbing. 4. D.S. 2-05.2.4.P Provide a width dimension for the vehicle parking space located directly south of the refuse enclosure. Per D.S. 3-05.2.1.3 When the side(s) of a parking space abuts any vertical barrier over six (6) inches in height, other than a vertical support for a carport, the required width for the space is ten (10) feet. 5. D.S. 2-05.2.4.P Provide a width dimension for the vehicle parking space located directly north of the bollards adjacent to the transformer. Show the bollards on the plan. Per D.S. 3-05.2.1.3 When the side(s) of a parking space abuts any vertical barrier over six (6) inches in height, other than a vertical support for a carport, the required width for the space is ten (10) feet. 6. Explain why the 4' curb openings have been changed to 2' and verify that the 2' openings are sufficient. 2. Explain why the sidewalk scuppers where eliminated and verify that they are not needed. If concentrated runoff is still proposed across sidewalks, the scuppers are still needed. 3. Generally, address, in a revised drainage report, all proposed drainage related changes and verify that the changes are needed and will not cause adverse impact on site drainage.
