This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the development plan as submitted.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

1. Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development plan. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is 07/14/09.

2. DS 2-05.2.2.3 In general note #1 list the subject to sections after the use as follows: "subject to: Sec. 3.5.9.2.C. and Sec. 2.5.3.6."

3. DS 2-05.2.4.A Provide the lot line, distance and bearing for the property line between lots 5 and 6 on the plan.

4. Please provide a dimensioned detail for class 1 and class 2 bicycle parking spaces within the indicated 6 X 14 area indicated on the plan.

Review DS 2-09 for distances between bicycle racks. Minimum clearance at the side of a class two bicycle rack is 30". See DS 2-09 Figure 9.

Clearly indicate where in the 6 X 14 area each of the class one bicycle lockers are located.

The type of class two bicycle rack indicated is not an approved type of rack. Review DS 2-09 Figure 2 and 3 for acceptable type of class two bicycle racks. Revise detail.

5. Provide a note on the plan which states: "A vehicular and pedestrian cross access agreement has been recorded in docket 11298 page 910."

Recommend modification of curb island to correct the conflict and approach issues.

2. Sheet 4, Dumpster enclosure detail - Enclosure requires a minimum of two side wall protectors (bollards) within the inside of each side wall and a 10 ft x 10 ft minimum clear
between the rear and side wall protectors and the front gate/s for a single container area. Fully dimension enclsoure inside and out and include bollards spacing. DS 6-01.4.1.B & 6-01.4.2..C.2.
Front side bollards should be dimensioned 2 ft from front of enclosure/gates and the rear side bollard 4 ft from front side bollard.

3. Gate post should be positioned at the face of the CMU wall not inside.
