The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. This comment was not addressed. The Floor Area Ratios (FARs) for each individual Development area is using the entire site square footage to determine the allowed FAR. The site square footage used to determine the FAR for Development Area 'D' should be only the square footage of the site within Development Area 'D'. The site square footage used to determine the FAR for Development Area 'E' should be only the square footage of the site within Development Area 'E'. Zoning acknowledges that it appears that both development areas will not exceed the allowed Maximum Floor Area Ratio. 3. D.S. 2-01.3.9.K If the proposed transformer called out under Keynote 21 is to be shown on the development plan the docket and page for all proposed easements will need to be on the plan at the time of approval. If all references to the transformer are removed from the development plan and a transformer with easements is provided at a later date then a revised development plan would be required. Once the necessary corrections are made per the on-line comments, please submit the following documents for sign-off. 1 Rolled blueline COMPLETE SET of the Development Plan, Landscape Plan, and the Native Plant Preservation Plan (if part of the original submittal). Please include applicable sheets from any other concurrent reviews. AND 1 Rolled blueline set of the Development Plan. AND 1 CD that contains all of the drainage/hydrology and other reports submitted for the review and approval of this plan. The extra rolled blueline set that you submit will be delivered to Pima County for permanent recording.
