D.S. 2-05.3.9.G.5.a Sheet 2A The parking calculation appears to be opposite of the proposed phasing. The parking calculation shows a single building under PHASE 1 of 90,312 sq. ft. and PHASE 2 shows a total square footage of 107,095. Based on the drawings PHASE 1 should account for the 107,095 sq. ft. of building and PHASE 2 should account for the entire site. Please clarify the phasing and parking calculation. 2. D.S. 2-05.3.9.G.5.a Sheet 18 provide a vehicle parking space dimension from the handrail along the east side of the trash compactor. Per D.S. 3-05.2.1.3 When the side(s) of a parking space abuts any vertical barrier over six (6) inches in height, other than a vertical support for a carport, the required width for the space is ten (10) feet to provide extra width to allow passengers to enter and exit the vehicle on the side where the barrier exists.
