From the previous submittal, the private sewer lateral was changed from a 6-inch to a 4-inch line. The plans are hereby approved without conditions. The PCRWRD provided a Type II Capacity Response Letter (No. 08-212) to Stantec Consulting, Inc. on November 18, 2008; the letter states that treatment and conveyance capacity in the downstream public sewer system is currently available for this project.
