Engineering Division recommends approval of the Development Plan at this time. The Drainage Report was reviewed for Development Plan purposes only. DEVELOPMENT PLAN: 1) Completed. 2) Completed. 3) Restated: Review and approval from TDOT Permits and Codes for all improvements within the public right-of-way will be required. A right-of-way use permit application will be required prior to construction.
