COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a separate response letter for zoning, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. D.S. 2-05.2.4.Q Per LUC Section 3.3.4 STORAGE USE GROUP, Commercial Storage, the required bicycle parking is as follows: Eight (8) percent - ninety (90) percent Class 1 and ten (10) percent Class 2. Per LUC Section 3.3.3.5 Bicycle Parking Requirements, the number of required bicycle parking spaces is calculated as a percentage of the total number of motor vehicle parking spaces provided. That said based on 652 vehicle parking spaces provided the required number of bicycle parking spaces is; 652 x 8% = 52, Class 1 = 47 & Class 2 = 5, Provided Class 1 = 4, Class 2 = 0. A Board of Adjustment for Variance is required.

2. If the Board of Adjustment for Variance is approved on the development plan provide; Board of Adjustment for Variance case number, date of approval, what was approved, and any conditions of approval.
