DS 2-05.2.4.C This plan appears to be a phased project. Show and label any temporary improvements that may be needed to make the site function for each phase as one entity. Provide the width of the PAAL leading to the site from the west, detail 2 of sheet DP1.0b does not indicate any curbing or barrier for the drainage swale, indicate how vehicles will be prevented from entering this area. 3. In the site data portion of sheet DP1.0 the proposed building area (121,833) should be less than the shopping area use area (119,137) in the parking calculations because the parking calculation includes the patio areas.
