The subject submittal has been reviewed. The Drainage Report is acceptable for Development Plan purposes and it is hereby approved. Additional drainage related information may be required with the Grading Plan. The Development Plan is acceptable and it is recommended for conditional approval, pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review, subject to the following condition:

1. Revise the width of Basin's "B" access ramp to at least 8', and provide removable barricading at the ramp entrance to prevent inadvertent vehicular access.

The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.


1. The DP mylars may not be approved until after the public sewer easement is recorded and the recording information is shown on the DP mylars.

2. Sheet 9-11:The easement line is not showing on this plan. Most of the BCS lines and all of the private sewer lines also are not shown.

3. Sheet 9-12: Label the pipe size of the proposed sewer lines.

4. Sheet 11: Show the entire property line in the southwest corner of the subdivision.

5. Sheet 11:The private easement Dkt 13378 Pg 291 is shown pointing directly towards the sewer line from MH#8 to MH#8A.

6. Sheet 12: Label the street off of Lurene Dr in the lower plan view and do not show it running over the upper plan view.

7. Sheet 12:The information for New MH #6 is not shown clearly.


This office will require a revised set of bluelines, and a response letter, addressing these comments. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents.

Pima County Code Title 13.20.030.A.2 requires that a wastewater review fee be paid for each submittal of the development plan. The fee for the first submittal is $166 plus $50 per sheet. For the second submittal, the review fee is $50 per sheet. For all subsequent submittals, the review fee is $39 per sheet.

The next submittal of this project will be the 5th submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $156.00(made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) must accompany the revised set of blue lines and response letter.

If the number of sheets changes, please adjust the review fee accordingly.
