DS 2-05.2.4.F Clearly indicate the location of the future curb along the street frontage of Tanque Verde. 3. This comment has not been addressed. DS 2-05.2.4..I Remove the indicated 96' and 49' side setback lines and provide dimensions from the structures to the perimeter property lines and from the future curb. 4. DS 2-05.2.4.P Clarify the parking calculations provided. The parking calculations in note #11 indicates required parking per 4950 sq. ft., the detail of the assembly area indicates 1200 sq. ft., clarify. The required parking is based only on the GFA of the assembly area. Revise the total number of required parking spaces in note #11. 5. DS 2-05.2.4.Q This comment has not been addressed. Provide a detail of the one (1) required class one type locker clearly indicting the height of the locker. 6. Provide in note #11 the allowed and proposed lot coverage calculations. 7.
