DS 2-06.7.1.B Revise the plans to present a reconstructed buffer that looks as natural as possible. 3) Revise the plans to screen the proposed commercial land use and associated vehicular use areas from Bear Canyon Road in accordance with LUC 3.7.3 & LUC 3.7.2-I. 4) Revise the NPP mitigation calculations on the landscape plans to correspond with the NPP plan and include the required number of each species in the quantity column of the legend. DS 2-15.3.4.B 5) Revise the plans to clarify the requirements for dust control along the scenic route. Decomposed granite is not an acceptable treatment in the 30' buffer or the adjacent right-of-way area. Add notes as necessary. Within the Scenic Route buffer area and the MS&R right-of-way, all areas between the MS&R right-of-way line and the existing street right-of-way that are disturbed by development shall be revegetated with native vegetation. RESUBMITTAL OF ALL PLANS IS REQUIRED. |
