Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development plan. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is January 16, 2008. 2. List the D06-060 case number in the lower left-hand corner of the sheet next to the title block. 3. D.S. 2-05.2.2.B.3 General Note #3 the proposed use should be listed as "General Merchandise Sales "28", Subject to: Sec. 3.5.9.2.C, revise the note. 4. D.S. 2-05.2.4.M The DEVELOPMENT CRITERIA shows the building square footage as 20,075 and on the development plan it shows 19,700, please clarify. Additional comments may be forth coming. 15. D.S. 2-05.2.4.P It appears that there are two (2) post barricades located near the sidewalk scupper at the north end of the parking area. These post barricades will prevent vehicles from fully pulling into these parking spaces. These parking spaces area designed so that the vehicle will overhang the curb. Zoning acknowledges that there is adequate space for the vehicle. Show the striping and dimension the minimum eighteen (18) foot depth of the parking spaces from the curb. D.S. 3-05.0 Table 1. 16. D.S. 2-05.2.4.P Per D.S. 3-05.2.3.C.3 when wheel stop curbing is used, it is to be located two and one-half (2 ½) feet from the front of the parking space. This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. This project will be tributary to the Ina Road Water Pollution Control Facility via the North Rillito Interceptor. Per written guidance provided by the PCWMD Development Services Section, sufficient conveyance and treatment capacity exists in the downstream public sewerage system for this small project, and a formal capacity response letter from the PCWMD will not be required. All Sheets: Add the case number, D07-002, to the title block of each sheet. This number should be shown larger or bolder than any cross reference numbers. No wastewater review fees will be charged for sheets where this is the only required revision. Revise General Note #9 so that it states: THE ON-SITE SANITARY SEWERS WILL BE PRIVATE AND WILL BE CONSTRUCTED, OPERATED AND MAINTAINED ON A PRIVATE BASIS, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN APPROVED OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PLAN, IF REQUIRED. THE LOCATION AND METHOD OF CONNECTION TO AN EXISTING PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER IS SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE PIMA COUNTY WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT. Sheet 1: Delete General Note #10. Sheet 2: Revise the site plan to show the invert elevation at the point of connection to the public sewer.
