COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Please correct the number of provided parking spaces in general note 7. The provided amount is currently shown as twenty-six (26) yet twenty-eight (28) spaces are shown in plan view and in calculations on sheet 1 of 2.

2. Please revise the bicycle parking detail to provide a minimum of thirty (30) inches between spaces of racks and thirty (30) inches from adjacent walls of buildings. Please refer to figure 9 of DS 2-09.8.0.

3. Please assure that truncated domes are provided at all access ramps, sidewalk area leading into access aisles, and any other pedestrian areas that are flush to the vehicle use area.

4. All changes, modifications, and/or corrections must be made on all applicable plans including the development plan, landscape plan, and NPPO. Once changes, modifications, and/or corrections are made and reviewed further comments may result.
