COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Please correct spelling in general note 19 : "This project is designed ti (change to "to") meet the overlay zone criteria of Sec. 2.8.1, Major Streets and Routes (MS&R) Setback Zone".

2. Please provide widths of curbs for Twenty-second Street, Craycroft Road, Jefferson Avenue, and Juarez Street on the development plan (DP).

3. Multiple rack bicycle parking require a minimum thirty (30 inches between outer spaces of posts or racks (DS 2-09.5.1.A). Please review revised DS 2-09.8.0 Figure 9 and provide the necessary corrections to the bicycle parking on the plan view and detail as required.

4. Please delineate those parking spaces abutting cart corrals as being ten (10) feet wide on the plan, either by keynote or dimension. Please dimension the space between the parking space and the dumpster in southwest portion of the site behind vacant building 5504.

6. Key note 19 does not address truncated domes. Detectable warnings (truncated domes) are required at marked crossings (crosswalks). The area covered by the truncated domes shall be twenty-four (24) inch deep and extend the full width of the crosswalk, preceding the crosswalk, including the handicap access aisle.

The flush entrance into the grocery from the PAAL shall have truncated domes installed that shall be twenty-four (24) inches minimum in the direction of travel and extend the full width of the flush surface. The domes shall be located so the edge nearest the curb line is six (6) inches to eight (8) inches from the curb line. Please provide.

1. The comments of the letter of September 19, 2006 have been satisfied; therefore this project is approved as submitted.

Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the development plan.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval to Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality.
