Place the development plan number (D06-018) on each sheet of the development plan, including sheet A1.1. 2. Add a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) to the development plan. The FAR calculation should state the proposed as weel as the maximum allowed FAR. LUC 3.2.11 3. All lettering and dimensions must be a minimum of equivalent of twelve (0.12") point in size. Revise all text on sheet A 1.1 that does not meet this minimum standard along with the numbers in the scale on the development plan sheet. DS 2-05.2.1.C 4. This plan does not meet the criteria for pedestrian circulation. Refer to DS 2-08 for pedestrian circulation requirements. An accessible pedestrian sidewalk must connect the building to adjacent rights-of-way. Revise to show pedestrian connections correctly. Dimension width of pedestrian sidewalks clearly and accurately on the drawing. A minimum 5-foot pedestrian refuge area is required between any building and PAAL. DS 2-08 DS 3-05 5. All dimensions must be correct and to scale on the plan. Revise the loading zone, parking spaces, handicap parking space, sight visibility triangles, PAAL widths, right-of-way and curb dimensions, entrance drive widths, setback dimensions, easement widths, building dimensions and all other features on the plan to be drawn correctly and to scale. Dimension the width of the entrance drive along the west side of the property. from The dimensions on the parking detail on sheet A1.1 and the dimensions called out on the development plan drawing must be consistent. Dimension PAAL widths. Indicate any one-way/do not enter signage. Revise concrete wheelstops to be dimensioned at 2-1/2 feet from the front of parking spaces. Refer to LUC 3.3.7.2 for motor vehicle and PAAL dimensions required. Provide the angle for the handicap parking space. The handicap parking shown in the detail is at 90 degrees which is not the same as the angled h/c parking shown on the drawing. Revise to provide a h/c parking detail and show truncated domes where required. The dimensions of the trash enclosure detail do not match the d.p. drawing. Revise all dimensions to be accurate.
