DS 2-15.3.4.A 2) Revise the native plant preservation plans grading limits to include all of the areas indicated on the development plan including areas where off-site grading may occur, such as the adjacent pubic right-of-way, the driveway/easement across El Paso Natural Gas Property, 35 foot SLOPE EASEMENT and the sewer easement across El Paso Natural Gas Property. 3) Revise the note regarding fencing/flagging requirements on the NPP plan to reference the appropriate City Code sections, rather than the Pima County equivalents. DS 2-15.5.0 & 6.0 4) Revise the Plant Calculations note on the NPP plan, no additional calculations were received and none appear to be required. 5) Provide sheet numbers for the native plant preservation plan sheets. 6) Clarify the note regarding the native plant relocation. The plan should indicate which option is to be employed. Due to grading operations it may be necessary to establish a temporary nursery on the site or perform a portion of the grading in the transplant areas first. DS 2-15.3.4.A.5 7) Provide a legal description for Native Plant Preservation plans. The lots should not be designated as A & B, unless so designated by a subdivision plat. 8) The NPP plan designates several plants as PIP although they are located in contruction areas or easements. Revise as necessary to ensure that the plan proposal can be met. 9) ) Revise the landscape plan to include slope ratios for retention and detention basins. Basin slopes are required to have slopes no steeper than 4:1 where depths exceed three feet, 3:1 for unprotected slopes and 2: 1 for protected slopes for depths less than three feet. DS 10-01.4 10) Revise the landscape plan to include the area of detention/retention basins and the depths. DS 2-07.2.2.B 11) The perimeter of all vehicular use areas must be provided with a suitable barrier such as post barricades or wheel stop curbing. DS 3-05.2.3.C.1 Indicate the proposed curbing on the development plan. 12) The landscape plan indicates on sheet L-1 that the oleander hedge provides 50% of the required groundcover. One of our above ground cabinets appears to be in conflict with grade changes at the northwest corner of the project. All costs associated with the relocation of the facilities in conflict will be billable to the developer.
