The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.


SHEET DP2. Show all existing private sewers including all existing BCSs. Label them with their respective sizes.

SHEETS DP2 & C2.0. The information shown on these two sheets do not seem to match. Please revise these sheets as necessary so that the information is accurately reflected on both of them.

We will require a revised set of drawings and a response letter addressing each comment. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents.

The next submittal of this project will be the 3rd submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $78.00 made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Please correct the LUC Sec. quoted for Outpatient Service in Code Review Note 4 from 3.4.5.8.B to 3.5.4.8.B

2. Please add a note to the plans listing the type of document that provides the cross access, parking, and pedestrian circulation. Add the recordation information (docket and page number) of the document.

3. Notes indicating compliance to 3.05.2.2.B.2 could not be verified. Add a detail drawing that demonstrates that the structures used for the covered parking comply with the development standards setback from PAALs as listed in development standards 3-05.2.2.B.2.

4. The second loading zone to the southwest of the future building is not labeled. Please label and dimension the loading space. The PAAL adjacent to the space to the west must also be dimensioned to assure that the minimum PAAL width of twenty-four (24) feet maintained. Also correct the Code Review note 13, loading zone to reflect that two (2) spaces are required and two (2) are provided.

5. The detail 8 only demonstrates compliance to parking standards for those spaces abutting a pedestrian walkway (sidewalk). Please provide an additional detail that dimensions a standard vehicle parking space not utilizing a sidewalk area. Dimension the wheel stop from the front of the parking space to the tire side of the wheel stop, (2.5 feet).
